Maternity leave is governed by local law and the labor contract. EPAM also provides a one-time payment, the amount of which depends on the length of employment
Maternity leave is 126-140 calendar days
Compensation for maternity leave equals an average salary + a one-time payment (5 or 7 salaries)
Maternity leave can be extended beyond the three-year period if agreed upon by the manager
Maternity leave payments are calculated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
Как я знаю, тот же Епам, при уходе в декретный выплачивает 6 среднемесячных зарплат, а продуктовая компания такой благородный шаг решила сделать лишь сейчас?) В чем особенность новости?)
